  • Abundant Borders works within our community to create a network of community food gardens across the Scottish Borders.

  • Bavs (Berwickshire Association for Voluntary Services) is an independent voluntary organisation, established in 1971, with the task of supporting, informing, representing and providing services to community and voluntary groups in the Berwickshire District Area of the Scottish Borders.

  • Berwickshire Housing Association builds and manages homes to rent to suit a range of lifestyles, personal needs and family sizes that people can afford. We do so in communities throughout Berwickshire and are ever keen to expand the number and choice of homes available. We are passionate about our role in providing individuals, couples and families with a home in which they can live their life to the full in a safe, comfortable and attractive setting.

  • Opened in 2004, the village hall is at the heart of the community and is host to a variety of events. It has developed a reputation for attracting groups from all walks of life. Facilities allow for wedding receptions, concerts, parties, dances, sports activities and exercise classes, business meetings, funeral teas, craft fayres or whatever your requirement might be. Regular features include a popular Community Cafe every Wednesday, catering for people from far and wide and many walkers and holiday makers. Through a force of volunteers, the hall is maintained to a highly modern and efficient standard.

  • We are a community-based organisation focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. With the help of our experienced staff, we organise fundraisers, exciting community-building events, and in-depth training sessions for our volunteers.

  • Set in the heart of Eyemouth community and town, this centre is available for meetings, events and is regularly provides a range of activities. It is accessible with disabled access, toilets and has on street parking.

  • The Hippodrome is an arts space where people of all ages can meet to enjoy theatre, music, exhibitions, poetry and film in the picturesque fishing town of Eyemouth. It is run by Hippodrome Arts CIC Ltd and alongside a changing programme of events offers courses, talks, concerts, film screenings and activities to visitors and the community.

  • ReTweed is an award-winning social enterprise based in the fishing town of Eyemouth in South East Scotland – offering women a new way to think about their futures by gaining the skills and experience for creative industry and enterprise whilst producing amazing and original furnishings and fashions and crafts. If you are unemployed or looking for a new creative future please do contact us or for more information on how you can contribute or get involved in ReTweed. The Project also delivers a range of low-cost heritage, thrift and craft workshops to the wider community and to visitors to the area.

  • Visit Berwickshire Coast is an East Berwickshire Partnership consisting of Eyemouth Harbour Trust, Eyemouth Museum and the Eyemouth & District Chamber of Trade working to raise the profile of the cultural heritage in the community, promote fisheries and local seafood from local landings, encourage new interest in the industry and enhance tourism interest in the area.
